2025 - dropped anchor in Mill Creek near Solomons Island

First full day of the cruise. Now that I'm anchored it got hot and humid. Cooked spaghetti. Could not find WRNR 103.1 on the dial. Also did not have a cell phone signal. Need to get up early tomorrow, bail out dinghy and put centerboard cap on. I just hadn't bothered to do this and I think this is the cause of the dinghy filling up. Needless to say it causes a major drag on the progress of Andrea Lynn. Also seeing a boat half filled with water is somewhat disturbing - even if it is a dinghy. After that I have to go ashore and find ice and a few other sundries. Need to get back in time to make it to Tangier Island. Weather forecast looks ok.
